Refund policy

We hope you love your House of Roja piece as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. We accept returns or refunds only if: - Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect - You contact us within 7 days of delivery - You provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Once reviewed, we’ll either issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note: All art prints are made to order, so we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy

At House of Roja, every print and artwork is created with care, often made to order just for you. Because of this, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you made a mistake or need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at hello@houseofroja.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
